I lost my ticket
If you accidentally deleted our booking confirmation and now miss your ticket, you can easily download it from our website at any time.
To do this, simply use our order search. Here you can find all bookings you made directly via fromAtoB.
Simply enter your email address and ticket number and manage your ticket yourself at any time - whether you need the invoice again, want to download the ticket or cancel your trip.

I have not received my ticket after booking
You have completed and paid your booking but have not received a booking confirmation from us? Then please take a look at this article.
I have a user account, but my ticket is not displayed there
You are already registered, but your latest booking is not shown in your account? This may be because you were not logged in when you booked. Please contact our support team directly, we will gladly assign the booking to your user account.
