How can I contact the driver?
As soon as you have selected a trip, we will forward you directly to the provider's website. When there, please click on the button "Contact driver". To do this, you must log in first.
Here you have the possibility to send a personal message to the driver. If the driver has decided not to show his mobile number publicly, he will send it to you later in a private message.
When do I have to be at the meeting point?
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before departure and let the driver know immediately if you are late. Drivers usually wait ten minutes, provided they have been informed.
Can I bring my luggage?
Luggage should correspond to the information in the travel offer. "Large" corresponds to a large suitcase (25 kg), "medium" corresponds approximately to the maximum hand luggage size (10 kg) and small is a handbag or a small backpack (5 kg).
The driver is responsible for everything in the car, also the luggage of the passengers. Therefore, every driver has the right to open and check each piece of luggage. On the other side, every passenger has the right to ask the driver to present his licence and the car insurance.
We recommend that you mark your luggage with a tag in order to avoid a mix up.

How does the payment work?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
After selecting the desired reservation (journey and number of seats), you will be redirected to the payment page of our partner BlaBlaCar. There you can finalize the payment.
Can I cancel?
Something came up and you can't travel? In this case please cancel immediately - at the latest the day before or a few hours before departure. So the driver still has the possibility to assign your place elsewhere.
