If you book through fromAtoB, you purchase an online ticket. You can download it directly after booking on our site. In addition, we will send your ticket to the e-mail address you provided when making your booking. In individual cases this can take up to two hours. If you have not received a ticket, there may be several reasons:
It can happen that our e-mail with your ticket accidentally ends up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder or the trash in your email program.
We will send your ticket to the email address you provided at the time of booking. Did you perhaps want to give a ticket away or book it for someone else? Maybe the ticket was sent to the e-mail address of the passenger you indicated when booking.

If you paid for your ticket with PayPal, you received an e-mail from PayPal informing you that you have authorized a payment to fromAtoB. Authorization does not mean that we have already debited your account but only that you have allowed us to debit your PayPal account.
In exceptional cases, one of our partners may not be able to issue the ticket you have requested. Unfortunately, our partners do not inform us of this until you have authorized the payment on PayPal. If your ticket cannot be issued, you will receive an error message.
If this is the case, you don't have to worry, because we only charge money from your account if your ticket is bookable. In these cases we cancel the authorization at PayPal immediately.
