For bookings via fromAtoB you purchase an online ticket. You can download this directly after booking. In addition, we will send your ticket to the email address you provided at the time of booking, which may take up to two hours in individual cases. If you have not received a ticket, this may have several reasons.
It may happen that our email accidentally ends up in your spam folder with your ticket. Please check your spam folder.
We will send your ticket to the email address you provided at the time of booking. Did you perhaps want to give a ticket or book for someone else? Then the ticket went to the email address of the passenger.
If you have paid for your ticket via PayPal, you have received an email from PayPal, in which PayPal informs you that you have authorized a payment to fromAtoB. This email will be sent by PayPal as soon as you agree to the payment. In exceptional cases it may happen that one of our partners can not issue the desired ticket. Our partners notify us about this after you have authorized the payment via PayPal. But you do not have to worry. In this case we have NO money from your account debited, but canceled the payment immediately.
