You want to change your ticket or cancel your trip? In both cases you must cancel your ticket first.
In the app
In the app you can easily manage your tickets. To do this, click on "My Tickets" at the bottom of the start screen and select the desired ticket. Under "Booking details" you will find the button "Cancel Ticket".
Through our website
First, use fromAtoB' order search to access your ticket: https://www.fromatob.de/order/searches/new.
To cancel, you will need the order number and the traveler's surname. Enter the appropriate information and then click on "Search". The detail view of the order is displayed. Select the ticket you want to cancel and click on "Cancel". Herewith you accept the cancellation conditions of the organizer and cancel your ticket pemanently.
fromAtoB itself does not charge any additional fees. However, we are bound to the conditions of our partners in case of rebooking and cancellations. We have no influence over any rebooking or cancellation fees charged by our partners.
Refunds are always paid on the means of payment used for the booking. So if you paid via PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account, credit card payments to your credit card account, etc.
Please note: Other cancellation conditions apply to Deutsche Bahn's "Sparpreis" and "Sparpreis-Europa" tickets sold from August 1, 2018. Refunds are only possible against the issue of a voucher. Deutsche Bahn charges a cancellation fee of 10€ per ticket. Payment to the original means of payment is no longer possible here.
How to find your order number
Please note that you can only cancel tickets on our site that you have booked directly through fromAtoB. If you have been redirected to the website of one of our partners for the booking, you cannot cancel this ticket on our site. In these cases, please contact our partners directly.
