2. If you've got all the information, please send it to our fraud-specialists (Jule and Maryam) via happinesshereoes-channel in Slack. They will investigate...
3. After getting feedback from a fraud-specialist you can inform our customer by using our Macro "Fraud IT". It says that we've informed the payment provider and the customer will get his money back.
